Stop doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result! Here is a new option for high school players in the spring.
Come join our spring training team. Players will work on increasing their overall strength to help them throw harder and swing faster.
Don't keep training the same way! Our program is focused on making changes and developing overall strength. Players will have a training program based on their positions. All players will work with a strength coach and have a velocity throwing program.
